1. What is Big Armory and how long has the company been in business?

Big Armory is an online retailer sporting goods from over 300 manufacturers.

2. What payment options and terms are available at Big Armory?

Big Armory accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

3. How quickly will I receive my order and what shipping methods are available?

We try our best to ship orders out the same day. Depending on shipment method and location most orders arrive within 5 business days or less. Our warehouse is located in Texas to make shipping around the US fast!

Big Armory offers the following shipping methods.

UPS Ground - $9.75
UPS 3 Day Select - $13.75
UPS Second Day Air - $15.75
UPS Next Day Air Saver - $25.75
UPS Next Day Air - $35.75
US Postal Service* - $12.75

*For orders to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses.

If an order must be shipped via 2 shipping methods, the customer will be charged the higher of the two costs.

Minimum Order Policy:
Big Armory does not have a minimum order requirement.

Prices are subject to change based on carrier increases.

Alaska and Hawaii:
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.

Guam and Virgin Islands:
Orders being shipped to Guam and the Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS.

4. Is there a minimum order policy at Big Armory?

Big Armory does not have a minimum order requirement.

5. How can I find out the status of an order?
In order to find out your order status, you must be logged into the Big Armory website. Click on My Account, and click “Account Dashboard”. There you will be able to see all your orders and their status.

6. I sometimes need to place an order late in the day. Can I do my ordering after business hours?

Big Armory’s business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (EST), excluding holidays. You can place orders online 24 hours a day, and your order will be shipped on the next business day if ordered after hours.

7. I forgot my password to enter the site. Who do I contact to access this information quickly?

Click here or the “Forgot Your Login or Password?” link located in the top banner on the home page. On the next page, please enter your account number and the email address associated with your account. Click submit. A way to reset your password will be sent via email.

9. Does Big Armory offer any type of warranty on the products it sells? Can I return merchandise for repair or replacement?

Big Armory is not a warranty repair station, and therefore Big Armory MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer’s package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays. ALL USED FIREARMS OR OTHER USED MERCHANDISE ARE SOLD “AS IS,” WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY.
